Tony Milici is a unique, mixed media sculptor. He combines elements of rock, marble & steel with glass to create dynamic, thought-provoking works of art. With over 20 years experience, Milici is recognized for his abstract and contemporary creations. He uses contrasting textures of polished, sculpted and faceted glass to bring forth a natural movement in form and dimension. With a background in lighting, Milici reveals “Glass is the perfect canvas for light, it increases the emotional and visual impact of my work”.
Mr. Milici’s monumental public art has contributed to elevate works in glass to a new plateau. The versatility of his medium has allowed him to create glass & rock sculpture for unique indoor and outdoor spaces. His innovative use of new and traditional techniques has inspired his work in architectural art and custom furnishings “By expanding the potential and application of glass, it becomes part of the architectural character around it”. Milici seeks to create historical works of art with lasting substance - to intrigue and capture the imagination and heart of the seeker.
Milici is represented in fine art galleries throughout the country. He collaborates with architects and designers on private commissions & sculpture for public and corporate spaces.
